For developer Roy Stillman and his partners Steve Silverman and Leon Silvera, buildings aren’t just businesses and homes, they are works of art. “A real estate development project is a large sculpture,” Stillman told us from The Centurion, the Midtown West condo his firm, Stillman Development International LLC, developed with legendary architect I.M. Pei and his son, Sandi Pei. Stillman took A New York Minute with Christie’s and The Real Deal to highlight The Atlantic Club, the firm’s most recent project that embodies their refined aesthetic. The Real Deal recently caught up with Orlando Rodriguez, Director at Whitehall Interiors, to discuss the firm’s work on The Rockwell’s modern kitchens. In fact, Rodriguez, who is an avid cook, expressed his desire for residents to enjoy cooking as much as he does. He mentioned, “We like providing these capabilities.”
